Yoga for Busy People

Do you find it challenging to fit in your yoga practice amidst everything else going on in your world? Kids, work, commitments, social life, life admin - we get it,  it adds up. We’re not glorifying the busy life, but we all go through seasons of life where we have so much happening that our practice falls to the wayside.

We’re here to help. To give you back some you-time, to get you back on your mat in a manageable way - no commute, no 60 minute classes here. Don’t get us wrong, we LOVE a long practice when we can, but we don’t love the all-or-nothing approach.

We’ve put together a bunch of classes - all under 20 minutes - to bring some movement and mindfulness into your busy days. Join fellow busy people/yoga teachers, Julie (full-time worker and Always co-founder) and Emilie (new mum and co-founder) for a variety of short classes with vinyasa, slow flow and restorative practices to get you moving and iron out any little niggles in your body, and meditation and pranayama practices to ground and soothe your nervous system when you need it most - when you’re on the go all the time.

Pick, choose and repeat classes that suit you. There is no specific order to these classes, but a varied selection of active and restorative classes.

What you get:

  • 15 classes in total from yoga instructors with a combined 18 years of experience

  • Classes ranging from 8-20 minutes.

  • Suitable for all levels of experience (including none!)

Cost:

$39 (AUD) for lifetime access.
